We will only accept return or exchange for manufacture damage. It must be reported to us with in 48 hours from the time you get the merchandise.
Do you accept COD?
Yes, for established clients, or with a 30% deposit. In a case when the shipment has to be returned, customer will be responsible for all incurring charges, handling fees and may loose the deposit.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, as long as you provide us with all the right information and payment is taking care of.
Do I need a Seller’s permit to buy from your company?
Yes or a copy of your Tax I.D.
What does Pre PK means?
The total pairs per a case.
Can I decide the sizes that will come in my case?
No, but in some styles you may have a few pre packs to choose from.
Do you sell just 1 pair?
No. we do wholesale only, pre packed cases with only one style and one color per case.
Can we mix colors and styles in a pre packed case?
No, a case must be of one style and one color.
What about Shipping?
Shipping is based on origin, destination, and weight. We provide you with short cuts links to some shipping carriers that we ship with so you can get a quote from them, we can arrange the shipping for you if you wish with a carrier of your choice. FWD will not be responsible for over freight charges, duties, government regulations, lost, delayed or damaged merchandise due to shipping.
What to do when I receive My Order?
Upon receipt of merchandise, customer should inspect delivery and contact us within 48 hours with any discrepancies. If you ordered 10 cases and only 8 arrived YOU MUST mark this on the BOL (Bill of Lading). Any Loss or Shortages must be indicated on the carrier's BOL and YOU must file a claim with the freight carrier. Please keep in mind, we only set up shipping as a courtesy to you and all claims must be directed to the freight carrier.
How do I pay?
We accept Bank Wires, Bank deposits credit cards (for U.S.A clients only): Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The first time you pay with a credit card you will need to Fax us a front and back copy of the credit card as well as a copy of ID along with a signed Credit Card Authorization form (we provide to you). We will only ship directly to the Credit Card holder. Certain orders over a certain amount can not be paid using Credit Cards.
