*Minimum order is 12 pairs or a PPK (prepacked).
*As far as we know everything we sell is original. branded and non-branded.
*All orders placed must be secured with a 30% deposit within 3 days from placing the orders.
*We can help you and assist you with shipping your order, but you are responsible for letting us know what carrier you choose to use and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
*We provide you with short cuts links to some shipping carriers that we ship with so you can get a quote from them, we can arrange the shipping for you if you wish with a carrier of your choice.
*Shipping is based on origin, destination, and weight. Fwd will not be responsible for over freight charges, duties, government regulations, lost, delayed or damaged merchandise due to shipping.
*We can drop ship as long as you provide us with all the correct information and all payments have been received.
*Upon receipt of merchandise, customer should inspect delivery and contact us within 48 hours with any discrepancies. if you ordered 10 cases and only 8 arrived you must mark this on the Bill Of Lading. Any loss or shortages must be indicated on the carrier's Bill Of Lading and you must file a claim with the freight carrier. Please keep in mind, we only set up shipping as a courtesy to you and all claims must be directed to the freight carrier.
*We don’t change or return.
*Freight forwarders are not responsible for any shipping charges.
*We don’t except credit cards on the first few orders.
*You need to have sellers permit or an out of state receipt of shipping to purchase from us.
*Credit cards will be accepted up on approval only.
